Booking Conditions
Our preferred method of booking is through Airbnb. While this may incur additional costs for both us as hosts and you as a guest, having a reliable partner to intermediate the transaction provides added value for both parties. Benefits include:
- Insurance if something doesn’t go as expected
- Transparency and access to detailed information
- Streamlined processes and support
Airbnb has its own specific terms and conditions, so we encourage you to check our listings there, especially if you’re looking for greater booking flexibility and refund options.
Price tip: When booking through Airbnb, you will receive a larger discount for stays longer than 2 or 3 nights.
We are also listed on Booking.com for guests who prefer to use this platform, which comes with its own specific terms and conditions.
For guests who prefer to book directly with us or via our website, we are pleased to offer the best price, which is slightly lower than on other platforms. However, please note that these bookings require more manual processing, and the following terms apply:
- Booking Confirmation: The booking is only confirmed once payment has been processed and confirmed.
- Refund Policy: Direct bookings are refundable only within the first 24 hours after confirmation and no later than 7 days before the scheduled check-in.
- Booking Information: The booking confirmation, directions to the property, and check-in instructions will be automatically sent to the guest by email.
- ID Requirement: Guests must provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
- All guests are required to read and comply with the house rules during their stay.
NOOKS3DAYS -23% for minimum 3 days
We cannot process Vacation Vouchers directly. However, if you wish to use your Vacation Vouchers to visit us, you can work with a travel agency to intermediate your booking. Please note that prices will be slightly adjusted to accommodate the agency’s processing costs.
